As the chef in the kitchen starts to make the food he shifts order from “In Pending” to “In Preparation” mode so customer can have idea that how much time it will take. Also as the food is prepared the order status changes from “In Preparation” to “Delivered”. This tracking is also possible through red, orange and green button change as order moves in the kitchen.

QUICK SEARCH

As customer has decided that he/she wants to eat some particular item then in such cases they does not need to go through the entire restaurant menu. There is option for Quick search in which they can enter the dish name and place order. Another facility is they can only enter initials of each word of the food item i.e. for Paneer Masala enter PM. This also helps to reduce time and customer need not go through the entire menu.
